Why Ankh Exists

Built by someone who needed it

I wore a Whoop, stepped on a smart scale every morning, tracked supplements in a spreadsheet, and logged workouts in Notes. Five apps, five silos, zero connection between any of them.

I wanted one place where I could see my recovery next to what I ate, my sleep next to my training load, and my supplements next to my body composition. That app didn't exist — so I built it.

Ankh started as a personal tool. It's become something I think anyone serious about their health would want.
